1. Prepare the Glass

Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes to chill while preparing the drink.

2. Mix the Ingredients

In a shaker filled with ice, combine the Glendalough whiskey, Cherry Heering, and Italicus. Shake well until chilled.

3. Strain and Top

Strain the mixture into the chilled glass, then top with the India Pale Ale.

4. Garnish and Serve

Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a twist of lemon peel. Serve immediately.
