Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Rinse the prawns, scallops, squids, and green mussels under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel and set aside.

  2. 2

    Chop Vegetables

Peel and mince the garlic. Chop the onion, tomatoes, bell pepper, and carrot into bite-sized pieces. Slice the mushrooms. Trim the ends off the snow peas.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Sauté the Garlic and Onion

In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and the onion is translucent.

  2. 4

    Add Seafood

Add the prawns, scallops, squids, and green mussels to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes, or until the prawns turn pink and the scallops are opaque.

  3. 5

    Incorporate Vegetables

Add the chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, bell pepper, carrot, and snow peas. Stir well and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  4. 6

    Add Sauces

Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and sugar. Stir to combine all ingredients and let it cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serving

  1. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the dish.
