Method
Marinating the Pork
- 1
- 2
Marinate the Pork
Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Making the Garlic Sauce
- 3
Prepare the Garlic Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Grilling the Pork
- 4
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 5
Grill the Pork
Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the pork on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- 6
Rest the Pork
Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Preparing the Salad
- 7
Make the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.
- 8
Dress the Salad
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle over the salad and toss to combine.
Serving
- 9
Plate the Dish
Slice the grilled pork and serve it alongside the fresh green salad. Drizzle the garlic sauce over the pork or serve on the side.
