Method

Cooking the Proteins

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips for 4-5 minutes on each side or until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

  2. 2

In the same skillet, add the sausage links. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.

  3. 3

    Cook the Eggs

In a separate pan, crack the eggs and cook them sunny side up or to your preference. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Making the Pancakes

  1. 4

    Combine Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

  2. 5

    Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

  3. 6

    Combine Mixtures

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

  4. 7

    Cook the Pancakes

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

On a large plate, arrange the cooked bacon, eggs, sausage links, and pancakes. Optionally, top the pancakes with butter and drizzle with maple syrup to taste.
