Prepare Pancake Batter

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tsp of baking powder, 2 tbsp of sugar, and 0.5 tsp of salt. Whisk together until well blended.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; do not overmix. Fold in 0.5 cup of chocolate chips.
Cook Pancakes

Heat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter if necessary.

Pour Batter
Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.

Flip Pancakes
Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Prepare Toppings

Cook Eggs
In a separate pan, heat 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Crack 2 large eggs into the pan and cook to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook Sausage Links
In the same pan, cook 2 breakfast sausage links according to package instructions until fully cooked and golden brown.

Cook Hash Browns
Prepare hash browns according to package instructions, either frying or baking until crispy.
Serve

Plate the Dish
On a plate, stack 2 chocolate chip pancakes. Top with 2 cooked eggs, 2 sausage links, and a serving of hash browns.
