Method
Brewing the Tea

Boil the Water
In a kettle, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

Once the water is boiling, remove the kettle from heat. Add 4 teaspoons of tea leaves or 4 tea bags to the hot water.

Cover the kettle and let the tea steep for about 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.

After steeping, strain the tea to remove the leaves or remove the tea bags from the kettle.
