Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Once the grill is ready, place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, wash and trim the asparagus, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the bell pepper into strips.

  2. 5

    Season the Vegetables

In a mixing bowl, toss the asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Once the salmon is done grilling, place the seasoned vegetables on the grill. Grill them for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate and Serve

Remove the grilled salmon and vegetables from the grill. Plate the salmon fillets alongside the grilled vegetables and serve immediately.
