Baking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Oven and Pan
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
- 2
Melt the Butter
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Allow it to cool slightly.
- 3
Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Mix well, then add the eggs one at a time, followed by the red food coloring and vanilla extract.
- 4
Combine Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- 5
Combine Mixtures
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
- 6
Add White Chocolate Chips
Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- 7
Bake the Brownies
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- 8
Cool and Serve
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream, drizzled with raspberry sauce and white chocolate sauce.
