    Prepare the Sauce

    In a small bowl, mix together the gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.

    Cook the Beef

    In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until browned.

    Add Vegetables

    Add the julienned carrots, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

    Combine with Sauce

    Pour the prepared gochujang sauce over the beef and vegetable mixture. Toss everything together to coat evenly and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

    Serve

    Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
