Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and slice the tomato and onion. Tear off a leaf of lettuce and set aside. Prepare the special sauce if not using a pre-made version.

  2. 2

    Season the Patties

Season both sides of the Angus beef patties with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, spread 1 tablespoon of special sauce. Layer the lettuce, followed by the cooked patty with melted cheese, then add tomato slices and onion. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the PourHouse Double-Double Cheez with your favorite sides and enjoy!
