Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Jalapeños

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes for less heat.

  2. 2

    Make the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. 3

    Fill the Jalapeños

Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.

  4. 4

    Wrap with Bacon

Wrap each filled jalapeño with a piece of applewood bacon, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.

  5. 5

    Bake the Poppers

Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.

  6. 6

    Serve with Razz Sauce

Remove from the oven and drizzle with Razz sauce before serving.
