Make the Dough
In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.

Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix pepperoni, Italian seasoning, ranch dressing, garlic powder, green onions, and parmesan cheese until well combined.

Assemble the Rolls
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Spread the filling evenly over the dough. Roll it tightly and cut into 1-inch pieces.

Bake
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let them rise for another 20 minutes. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
