Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Basted Eggs

Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until the whites are set. Spoon hot oil over the yolks to baste them until cooked to your liking.

  2. 2

    Hard Boiled Eggs

Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 9-12 minutes. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool before peeling.

  3. 3

    Over Easy Eggs

Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and let cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Flip gently and cook for an additional minute.

  4. 4

    Over Medium Eggs

Cook the eggs the same way as over easy but flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the yolks are slightly firmer.

  5. 5

    Over Hard Eggs

Follow the same method as over easy, but cook the flipped eggs for 4-5 minutes until the yolks are fully cooked.

  6. 6

    Scrambled Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper. Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat, pour in the eggs, and gently stir until cooked to your liking.

  7. 7

    Sunny Side Up Eggs

Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook without flipping until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny.
