Bbq Bacon & Swiss Burger Recipe

Prepare the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Shape the Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two equal patties.

Cook the Patties
In the same skillet, cook the beef patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

Add Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to help melt the cheese.

Assemble the Burger
Spread Hellmann's mayonnaise on the bottom half of the burger bun. Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on top, followed by two slices of crispy bacon, and drizzle BBQ sauce over it. Top with the other half of the bun.
