Raspberry Snapple Ingredients

Method

Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Make Raspberry Syrup

In a medium saucepan, combine the fresh raspberries, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries break down and the mixture thickens slightly.

  2. 2

    Strain the Syrup

Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing down on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.

  3. 3

    Combine with Lemon Juice

Stir the lemon juice into the raspberry syrup. Allow the mixture to cool completely.

  4. 4

    Serve

In a glass, add ice cubes and pour the raspberry syrup over them. Dilute with additional water to taste. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
