Prepare Crab Cakes

In a bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, chopped green onions, beaten egg, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper until well mixed.

Shape the mixture into patties, about 1 inch thick.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Make Southern Remoulade

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, lemon juice, chopped capers, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Prepare Coleslaw

Mix Coleslaw Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss until well combined and chill in the refrigerator.
Prepare Fries

Fry Potatoes
Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry potato strips until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
Assemble Sandwich

Build Sandwich
On each burger bun, place a leaf of lettuce, a crab cake, a slice of tomato, and a generous amount of southern remoulade. Top with the other half of the bun.
