Preparation
1. Prepare the Noodles
Cook the wide rice noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Proteins
Slice the chicken breast and beef thinly. Rinse and devein the shrimp if necessary.
3. Chop the Vegetables
Slice the bell pepper, julienne the carrot, chop the green onions, mince the garlic, and separate the broccoli into florets.
Cooking
4. Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry for about 5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
5. Cook the Beef
In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed, then stir-fry the thinly sliced beef for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
6. Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and set aside.
7. Stir-fry the Vegetables
Add the minced garlic, bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
8. Combine Everything
Return the cooked chicken, beef, and shrimp to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the cooked noodles.
9. Add Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, and sugar. Pour this sauce over the noodles and proteins. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
Serving
10. Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped cilantro over the top before serving. Enjoy your Ladna Trio!
