Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Wash the Fruits

Thoroughly rinse the strawberries, blueberries, and grapes under cold running water to remove any dirt or pesticides. Pat them dry with a clean towel.

  2. 2

    Prepare Strawberries

Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice them into quarters or halves, depending on their size.

  3. 3

    Slice the Banana

Peel the banana and slice it into round pieces about 1/2 inch thick.

  4. 4

    Peel and Slice Kiwi

Peel the kiwi using a knife or a vegetable peeler. Cut each kiwi in half and then slice each half into half-moon shapes.

  5. 5

    Wash the Grapes

Rinse the grapes under cold water and remove any stems. Leave them whole.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Combine the Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the prepared strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, kiwi slices, and grapes. Mix well without mashing the fruits.

  2. 7

    Add Optional Toppings

If desired, drizzle honey over the fruit mixture, or serve with yogurt on the side. You can also sprinkle chopped nuts or coconut flakes for added texture and flavor.

  3. 8

    Serve

Spoon the fruit mixture into individual cups or bowls for serving. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
