    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Bread

Slice the French bread in half lengthwise to create two open-faced halves. Place them on a baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Garlic Oil Mixture

Mince the garlic cloves and mix them with the olive oil. Brush this mixture generously onto the cut sides of the French bread.

Preparation of Artichoke & Spinach Mixture

  1. 4

    Thaw Spinach

Thaw the frozen spinach and drain any excess water. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible.

  2. 5

    Blend Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed spinach, drained artichoke hearts (chopped), cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

    Spread the Mixture

Evenly spread the artichoke and spinach mixture over the garlic brushed sides of the bread.

  2. 7

    Add Toppings

Sprinkle the extra Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley over the top of the spread mixture.

  3. 8

    Bake the Bread

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Serving

  1. 9

    Cool and Serve

Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Cut into slices and serve warm.
