Pasta and Seafood

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Add Shrimp, Mussels, and Clams

Add the shrimp, mussels, and clams to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp is pink and the shells of the mussels and clams open.

  4. 4

    Combine with Tomato Sauce

Pour in the tomato sauce and stir well. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes, until the seafood is fully cooked.

  5. 5

    Mix with Pasta

Add the cooked tagliatelle to the skillet and toss gently to combine with the sauce and seafood. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil. Serve immediately with extra basil on top if desired.
