- 3
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Cook the Waffles
- 5
Preheat Waffle Iron
Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions. Lightly grease it with non-stick cooking spray if necessary.

Pour Batter into Waffle Iron
Once the waffle iron is hot, pour an appropriate amount of batter onto the center of the waffle iron (usually about 1/2 to 2/3 cup, depending on the size of your waffle iron).
- 7
Cook Until Golden Brown
Close the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions, typically about 4-5 minutes, or until the waffles are golden brown and crisp.
- 8

Carefully remove the waffle and serve immediately with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, whipped cream, or fresh fruits.
