Dough Preparation

Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm milk (110°F) and sugar. Sprinkle yeast over the top and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Mix Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add activated yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead Dough
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let Dough Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Prepare Filling
In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Melt the cup of butter and set aside for spreading on the rolled dough.

Roll Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a large rectangle (about 16x24 inches).

Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log. Cut into 12-15 even slices.

Place the slices in a greased baking pan, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
