Method

Preparation of Seafood

  1. 1

    Prepare Shrimp

Peel and devein the shrimp. Rinse them under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Prepare Calamari

Clean the calamari by removing the insides and skin. Cut into rings about 1/2 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Prepare Scallops

Rinse the scallops under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  4. 4

    Prepare Salmon

Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.

  5. 5

    Prepare Oysters

Shuck the oysters and place them on ice until ready to serve.

Marinating and Cooking

  1. 6

    Marinate Seafood

In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Add the prepared seafood and toss gently to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. 7

    Cook Seafood

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated shrimp and scallops for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until opaque. Cook the calamari for 2-3 minutes until tender. Grill the salmon pieces for 4-5 minutes, flipping once. Ensure all seafood is cooked through.

Plating and Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Seafood

Arrange the grilled seafood on a large platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

  2. 9

    Add Accompaniments

Serve with lemon wedges, cocktail sauce, and tartar sauce on the side.
