Method
Prepare the Croutons
- 1
Make Croutons
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the French bread into bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder and salt, and toss to coat evenly.
- 2
Bake Croutons
Spread the coated bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Prepare the Dressing
- 3
Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together miso paste, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Salad
- 4
Chop Romaine
Rinse and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
- 5
Add Dressing
Pour the miso Caesar dressing over the chopped romaine and toss to coat evenly.
- 6
Add Parmesan
Sprinkle the shaved Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad.
- 7
Add Croutons
Finally, add the house-made croutons on top of the salad. Toss gently to combine before serving.
