- 1
Prepare the Wet Rub
In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, fresh rosemary, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix well to form a wet rub.
- 2
Rub the Turkey
Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Generously apply the wet rub all over the turkey breast, ensuring it's well coated. Allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- 3
Prepare the Smoker
Soak the oak wood chips in water for at least 30 minutes. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- 4
Smoke the Turkey
Once the smoker is ready, place the turkey breast on the grill grates. Add the soaked oak wood chips to the smoker box or directly on the coals. Smoke the turkey for about 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Rest and Serve
Once cooked, remove the turkey breast from the smoker and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy your delicious smoked turkey breast!
