Pulled Pork Directions
- 1
Prepare the Pork
Trim excess fat from the Boston Butt and rub the surface with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the seasoning.

- 3
Smoke the Pork
Place the seasoned Boston Butt in the smoker and smoke for about 8-10 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C). Keep replenishing the wood chips as needed.

- 5
Pull the Pork
After resting, use two forks or meat claws to shred the pork into bite-sized pieces.
- 6
Sauté with Sauce
In a large skillet, combine the pulled pork, Pork Love Sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Cook over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.

Serve
Serve the pulled pork on a bun, in tacos, or on its own with your favorite sides.
