Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and trim any excess fat. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Apply the Rub

Generously coat both sides of the ribs with the Smokeshow rub, ensuring an even layer. Let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Smoker

Preheat your smoker to 110°C (225°F). Soak the wood chips in water for about 30 minutes, then drain.

  4. 4

    Start Smoking

Place the ribs in the smoker, bone side down. Add the soaked wood chips to the smoker box.

  5. 5

    Maintain Moisture

In a spray bottle, mix apple cider vinegar and water. Spray the ribs every hour to keep them moist.

  6. 6

    Cook Low and Slow

Smoke the ribs for 4-6 hours, or until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone easily.

  7. 7

    Rest and Serve

Remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
