Make the BBQ Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined. Set aside.

Layer the Nachos
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). On a large baking tray, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer. Pour half of the prepared BBQ sauce over the chips, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Add Cheese and Jalapeños
Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the chips, followed by the sliced jalapeños. Drizzle the remaining BBQ sauce over the top.

Bake the Nachos
Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve
Remove the nachos from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy hot!
