Pulled Pork Preparation

Cook the Pork
In a slow cooker, combine the pork shoulder, sliced onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, and chicken broth. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

Shred the Pork
Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Mix in 1 cup of BBQ sauce until well combined.

Prepare the Base
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.

Add Pulled Pork
Evenly distribute the shredded pulled pork on top of the tortilla chips.

Add Cheese and Jalapeños
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the pulled pork, followed by sliced jalapeños.
