Wings
Celery and Blue Cheese Dressing
Method
Preparation of Wings
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until wings are evenly coated.
- 3
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. This allows air to circulate around the wings for even cooking.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- 5
Toss with Buffalo Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Add the buffalo sauce and toss until wings are evenly coated.
Preparation of Celery and Blue Cheese Dressing
- 6
Prepare the Celery
Wash and cut celery stalks into sticks, about 3 inches long.
- 7
Make the Blue Cheese Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine blue cheese crumbles, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Serving
- 8
Serve the Wings
Plate the buffalo wings alongside the celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for dipping.
