Prepare the Ingredients

Prepare the Brisket
If you haven't done so already, shred the smoked brisket into bite-sized pieces and mix it with the barbecue sauce in a bowl. Set aside.

Prepare the Toppings
Slice the jalapeños and chop the green onions. Set aside for assembly.
Assemble the Nachos

Layer the Chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.

Add the Brisket
Evenly distribute the barbecue brisket over the tortilla chips.

Add the Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the brisket and chips.

Add Jalapeños
Top the cheese layer with sliced jalapeños.
Bake the Nachos

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Once baked, remove the nachos from the oven and garnish with sour cream and chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
