Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this seasoning blend all over the pork ribs, ensuring an even coating.

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F) for slow cooking.

Wrap the Ribs
Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil, sealing the edges to keep the moisture in.

Slow Cook the Ribs
Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and cook in the preheated oven for 3 hours, allowing them to become tender.
Making the BBQ Sauce

Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and liquid smoke. Stir until well blended.

Simmer the Sauce
Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens slightly.

Place the glazed ribs under the broiler for about 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and bubbling. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.
