Prepare Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Make BBQ Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.

Simmer Sauce
Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.
Bake Chicken Wings

Place the prepared chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the BBQ sauce over them. Toss to coat the wings evenly.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
