Seasoning (optional)

Method

Prepare the Protein

  1. 1

    Choose Your Protein

Select either chicken breast or pork loin based on your preference.

  2. 2

    Season the Protein

If desired, rub the protein with olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika to enhance flavor.

  3. 3

    Cook the Protein

Grill or pan-fry the seasoned protein over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes per side for chicken or 8-10 minutes per side for pork, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) for chicken or 145°F (63°C) for pork.

  4. 4

    Rest the Protein

Once cooked, remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Make the House Slaw

  1. 5

    Combine Vegetables

In a large bowl, combine shredded green cabbage, grated carrot, and thinly sliced red onion.

  2. 6

    Prepare Dressing

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

  3. 7

    Mix Slaw

Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until all ingredients are well coated.

  4. 8

    Chill

Cover the slaw and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
