Burger Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Caramelize Onions

In a skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil and sliced onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are golden brown and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Burgers

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the Angus beef patties with salt and pepper. Grill patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. In the last minute, place a slice of white cheddar on each patty to melt.

  3. 3

    Toast the Buns

On the grill, toast the brioche buns for about 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread a tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing on the bottom bun. Place the grilled Angus patty with melted cheddar on top. Add caramelized onions, lettuce, and tomato. Drizzle with Roundabout Steak Sauce and top with the other half of the brioche bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the burgers immediately with a side of French fries.
