    Season the yellowfin tuna steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.

    Add the seasoned tuna steaks to the skillet and sear for about 1-2 minutes on each side for rare doneness. Adjust time if you prefer a different level of doneness.

    While the tuna is cooking, steam or sauté the seasonal vegetables until tender-crisp.
