Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken tenders with salt and black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Add Marsala Wine
Pour in the Marsala wine and scrape the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Allow the wine to simmer for about 3-4 minutes until slightly reduced.

Combine Chicken and Sauce
Return the seared chicken to the skillet, coating them with the mushroom sauce. Simmer together for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Serve
Serve the chicken marsala over a bed of angel hair pasta, garnished with chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy!
