Directions

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Prepare the Cajun Cream Sauce

In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, add the Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir and let simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

3

Blacken the Salmon

Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and sprinkle Cajun seasoning generously on both sides. Heat a separate skillet over high heat and add the salmon fillets. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through and has a blackened crust.

4

Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, Cajun cream sauce, diced tomato, and chopped green onions. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.

5

Serve

Plate the pasta mixture and top with the blackened salmon fillets. Garnish with additional green onions if desired.
