Preparing the Glazed Walnuts

Toast the Walnuts
In a skillet over medium heat, add the walnuts and toast them for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until they are fragrant and slightly golden.

Glaze the Walnuts
Add the butter and brown sugar to the skillet with the toasted walnuts. Stir continuously for about 3-4 minutes until the sugar has melted and the walnuts are well-coated. Add a pinch of salt, mix well, and then remove from heat. Let cool.
Preparing the Salad

Combine Greens
In a large salad bowl, add the mixed greens as the base of the salad.

Add Cheese and Cranberries
Sprinkle the gorgonzola cheese and dried cranberries evenly over the mixed greens.

Add Glazed Walnuts
Once the glazed walnuts are cooled, add them to the salad on top of the cheese and cranberries.
Making the Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
