Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch round cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow the base to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar, and beat until smooth and creamy.

Mix in the heavy cream and lemon juice until the filling is light and fluffy.

Gently fold in the fresh berries into the filling mixture.

Once the base is completely cool, spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the top of the cake.
