1. Prepare the Ribs
Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
2. Season the Ribs
In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the pork ribs.
3. Bake the Ribs
Place the seasoned ribs on a baking tray lined with foil. Cover with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 hours.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
6. Grill the Chicken
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

7. Prepare the Potatoes
Peel and cut the potatoes into fries. Soak them in cold water for about 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.

In a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil and salt. Spread them in a single layer on a baking tray and bake at 220°C (425°F) for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
