Preparation

Burger Preparation

1. Prepare the Patty

In a bowl, mix the ground prime rib with salt and black pepper. Form the mixture into two patties, each weighing approximately 1/3 pound.

2. Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Add a slice of American cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Bun Preparation

3. Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, melt butter in a separate skillet over medium heat. Place the brioche buns, cut side down, in the skillet and toast until golden brown.

Sauce Preparation

4. Make the Burger Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until well combined.

Assembly

5. Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun, spread a generous amount of the burger sauce. Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on top, followed by lettuce, tomato slices, and onion rings. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serving

6. Serve with Sides

Serve the burgers immediately with fries and pickles on the side.
