Burger Preparation

Prepare the Patty
In a bowl, mix the ground prime rib with salt and black pepper. Form the mixture into two patties, each weighing approximately 1/3 pound.

Make the Burger Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until well combined.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun, spread a generous amount of the burger sauce. Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on top, followed by lettuce, tomato slices, and onion rings. Top with the other half of the bun.
