Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Lobster
Start by thawing the lobster tails if they are frozen. Once thawed, use kitchen scissors to cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fan.
- 2
Remove the Meat
Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base. Lay the meat on top of the shell for a beautiful presentation.
Cooking
- 3
Make the Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- 4
Broil the Lobster
Preheat your broiler. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture. Broil for about 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly browned.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately alongside your choice of side.
