Crispy Brussels
Method
Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Clean and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting them in half. Toss the Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, black pepper, and house spice blend until well coated.
- 2
Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Spread the coated Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
- 3
Make the White Balsamic Reduction
In a small saucepan, combine the white balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low and let simmer until thickened, about 10-15 minutes.
- 4
Plate and Serve
Once the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, remove them from the oven. Drizzle with apricot green chili chutney and the white balsamic reduction. Serve warm.
