In a large bowl, combine the fresh crab meat, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until fully combined.

Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter. You should get approximately 8-10 patties.

Place the crab cakes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the crab cakes and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
