Classic Mojito

Muddle the Mint
In a sturdy glass, muddle the fresh mint leaves and granulated sugar together until the mint is fragrant and the sugar begins to dissolve.

Add Lime
Squeeze the juice of the lime into the glass, and drop the lime half into the mixture.

Mix in Rum
Pour in the white rum and stir gently to combine all ingredients.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a sprig of mint if desired and serve immediately.

Prepare Glass
Rub the rim of a chilled glass with a lime wedge and dip it in salt to coat the rim.

Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine tequila, triple sec, and fresh lime juice with ice cubes.

Shake vigorously until the mixture is chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass. Optionally, you can serve it on the rocks by pouring it over fresh ice.

In a blender, combine white rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice with ice cubes.
