Muddle the Sugar
In an old-fashioned glass, place the sugar cube and add the water and aromatic bitters. Muddle until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the Bourbon
Pour the Knob Creek Kentucky Bourbon over the muddled mixture.

Add Ice
Add a large ice cube or several smaller cubes to the glass.

Garnish and Serve
Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a twist of orange peel. Serve and enjoy!
