Chicken Wings Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.

Sauce the Wings
Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in your choice of Buffalo, Mild, Hot, or Asian Sesame sauce.

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Potatoes
Fry the potato strips in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch.

Season the Fries
Remove the fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
