Cooking Instructions

   Cook the Bacon/Sausage

   In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Neuske bacon until crispy, or cook the sausage link/patty until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

   Prepare Hash Browns

   In the same skillet, add the hash browns and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking.

   Cook the Eggs

   Crack the eggs into the skillet. Cook according to your preference (sunny side up, over easy, over medium, or scrambled). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

   Toast the Bread

   While the eggs are cooking, toast the slices of bread until golden brown.

   Assemble the Plate

   On a plate, serve the crispy bacon or sausage, hash browns, and the eggs. Add the toast on the side.
