Prep the Pickles
Open the jar of dill pickles and drain the liquid. Pat the pickles dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Set Up the Breading Station
In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. In a third bowl, place the cornmeal.

Heat the Oil
In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Pickles
Carefully add the breaded pickle slices to the hot oil in batches. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried pickles and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
